GTO SALES PROMOTION / MARKETING

GTO is in the process of designing a variety of sales and promotional items to be made available to the membership on an optional basis. The materials shall include but not be limited to brochures and other printed matter being created to promote the network as well as each individual member.

In addition, GTO is also designing a number of promotional items (mouse pads, pens, etc.) that are being created to promote the network as well as each individual member.

A portion of the GTO annual membership fees shall be dedicated to global advertising designed to promote the entire GTO membership. The advertising and promotion plans shall involve the global logistics image being created by the GTO Board of Directors.

The administrators of GTO have developed an extensive press release program for use in promoting the network while also offering publicity for the accomplishments and activities of individual members.

The GTO Board of Directors has created a sales approach considered unique in that the membership shall be presented to the shipping public (exporters and importers) as much more than just a forwarding network. While virtually all other forwarding networks tend to present themselves to the public as networks, GTO shall be presented to the public in an entirely different format directly relating to international logistics service capabilities.
